Sebastian Lopez practices in the areas of insurance defense, general liability and commercial litigation across the State of Florida, providing clients with clear, strategic counsel and decisive courtroom advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian established a strong foundation handling medical malpractice, premises liability, and complex civil matters. He gained vital insight into judicial decision-making as an intern for the Honorable Judge Rodriguez in Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Sebastian earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he was a merit scholar, a Dean’s List student, and an active member of both the Mock Trial Team and various transactional and tax law societies.

Born and raised in Miami, Sebastian is a first-generation Cuban American. He earned his B.A. in History from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was also a collegiate baseball player.
