Professional Background
Loraine is an Associate Attorney specializing in general liability litigation defense with a particular emphasis on premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Pena, Garcia, Loraine practiced at a boutique law firm where she focused on defending agencies of the State of Florida in personal injury cases.
Loraine attended Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with honors. Loraine earned her Juris Doctorate at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, in 2018. While in law school, Loraine was a legal intern at nonprofit organizations that provide free civil legal services to low-income residents in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
Loraine was born and raised in Cuba. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and inshore fishing.
