Nick is an associate attorney at Pena Garcia. He has extensive experience defending clients in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation, general liability, premises liability, and first-party property insurance matters. Additionally, he has represented insurance carriers in subrogation actions involving construction defects and motor vehicle accidents.
During his undergraduate studies at California State University, Fresno, Nick received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While at Fresno State, he was a member of the policy debate team and received All-American recognition from the Cross-Examination Debate Association for his outstanding performance.
He attended law school in Orlando, Florida, at the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. During law school, Nick served as a judicial intern for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and participated in the Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, preparing tax returns for community members.
